Description
Freestanding Touring Comfort in Three Sizes
The DARCHE Dirty Dee is a spacious freestanding swag built for campers who want comfort, durability and a dependable setup for life on the road. Available in 900, 1100 and 1400 sizes, the range gives you the flexibility to choose the space that suits your adventures while maintaining the same focus on quality materials and heavy-duty construction.
Premium 420gsm Ripstop Canvas
Built to handle demanding outdoor conditions, the Dirty Dee is constructed from premium 420gsm ripstop polycotton canvas with an 800mm waterhead rating. Tough, durable and breathable, the heavy-duty canvas is designed for regular touring and repeated use, giving you a dependable shelter trip after trip.
Freestanding Design With a Tough Pole System
The Dirty Dee uses Ø10mm composite swag poles combined with a Ø22/25mm telescopic ridge pole to create a strong freestanding structure. The unique trigger lock system makes setup straightforward while providing a stable foundation once your swag is ready for the night.
Exceptional Six-Point Ventilation
Two huge entry doors combine with cross flow ventilation from six points to keep air moving throughout the swag. Open it up on warmer nights to maximise airflow and enjoy the view from camp, while 125gsm super-fine polyester insect mesh across the doors and windows helps keep mozzies and other unwanted visitors outside.
Heavy-Duty All-Season Protection
When the weather changes, the Dirty Dee is built to keep your sleeping area protected. Internal seam sealing is paired with a full-length 600gsm PVC bucket floor with welded corners, creating a tough barrier between you and the wet ground. Heavy-duty No. 10 easy-action zips across the doors and windows add durability to the high-use areas of the swag.
70mm High-Density Foam Mattress
Comfort is built into every Dirty Dee with a premium 70mm high-density foam mattress. The thick mattress provides a supportive sleeping surface after a long day outdoors, while the removable cover makes it easier to keep your sleeping setup clean and ready for the next adventure.
Practical Storage for Life at Camp
Two internal storage pockets give you a convenient place to keep smaller essentials organised and within easy reach. The 900 and 1100 models can also be paired with the DARCHE Hutch™ or Hutch Lite™ for additional storage, giving you even more room to organise your touring setup.
Built for Trip After Trip
From the heavy-duty canvas and welded PVC floor to the composite pole system and No. 10 zips, the Dirty Dee is made with quality materials designed to handle regular use. A heavy-duty canvas swag bag with side grab handles, tensioning straps and stainless steel D-rings helps protect your swag during transport and storage, while pegs and guy ropes are included to complete your setup.
