The OZtrail Deluxe Kinetic 4 Piece Recovery Kit is a complete 4WD recovery kit designed to deliver safe, controlled vehicle recoveries in demanding offroad conditions. Ideal for larger vehicle set ups, this kit includes a 12 tonne kinetic recovery rope, two 16T soft shackles and a durable carry bag, providing a reliable touring essential for use in sand, mud and soft terrain.
The 9 metre kinetic recovery rope features up to 30% stretch, allowing it to store and release energy more effectively than traditional snatch straps. This creates a smoother, more controlled pull, helping to reduce shock loads on vehicles, recovery points and recovery gear during use. This is 50% more stretch when compared to a traditional snatch strap. Constructed from heavy duty double braided nylon, the rope is built for strength, flexibility and long-lasting durability across repeated use.
The two included 16T soft shackles are lightweight, strong and ready to use for providing a reliable connection point when performing a recovery. They’re constructed with UHMWPE synthetic rope material and included a protective nylon sleeve for reduced wear and tear. When it’s time to hit the road, it all packs back into the heavy duty 600D carry bag for neat storage on the go. It features inteagrated handles for easy transport and durable zippers for longevity.

- It is recommended that the minimum breaking strength of the strap should be between 2 and 3 times the gross vehicle mass (GVM) of any vehicle it is used with. This recovery strap must be suited to the lighter of the 2 vehicles used in the recovery progress.
